Carefully hand sliced from 50% Ibérico pigs reared outdoors and traditionally cured in the fresh mountain air, this exceptional ham offers a rich, savoury flavour and delicate texture that melts on the palate. Each 100g pack provides a ready-to-serve portion of one of Spain’s finest charcuterie specialities.
Produced using time-honoured methods, the ham is matured for between 600 and 730 days depending on the size of the leg, allowing its complex flavour and silky texture to develop fully.
