Reserva Duroc Serrano Ham Leg, 15 Months Cured
Crafted exclusively from carefully selected Duroc pigs, this Reserva Serrano ham is produced using animals fed on a balanced cereal-based diet. The ham is traditionally cured for a minimum of 15 months in Lugo, Galicia, allowing it to develop its characteristic flavour, firm texture and perfectly balanced salt level.
The long curing process creates a rich, savoury Serrano ham with delicate marbling and a smooth finish. Ideal for carving into thin slices and serving at room temperature as part of a tapas spread, charcuterie board or alongside cheese and bread.
Store between 5°C and 22°C.
If not being eaten immediately, keep the ham hanging in a cool, dry place.
For the best flavour, serve at room temperature.
Once cut, cover the exposed surface with some of the ham’s own fat to help protect it from the air and keep it moist.
