100% Acorn-Fed Ibérico Ham – 36 Month Cured
Produced from purebred free-range Ibérico pigs raised in Spain’s oak-filled dehesa pastures, this premium ham is made from animals fed naturally on acorns during the montanera season. This traditional diet creates the exceptional marbling, delicate texture and rich, nutty flavour that make authentic Ibérico ham so highly prized.
The ham is slowly cured for a minimum of 36 months in Toledo, in the Castilla-La Mancha region, allowing its flavour to develop fully over time. The result is a silky, intensely savoury ham with complex notes of nuts and a long, refined finish. Ideal for serving finely sliced as part of a tapas selection or gourmet charcuterie board.
