Produced from the milk of free-range Manchega sheep, this authentic Spanish cheese is matured for at least 12 months to achieve its perfect balance of flavour and texture. Rich and full-bodied without being overpowering, it offers buttery notes with a gentle spicy finish typical of traditional sheep’s milk cheeses.

The paste is firm and compact with a pale yellow to ivory colour, while the rind is dark brown and not intended for eating. Small, irregular air pockets are naturally present throughout the cheese. Certified under the Protected Designation of Origin scheme, every piece carries the official ‘Queso Manchego D.O.P.’ mark, guaranteeing genuine Manchego made in Spain.
