Traditional San Simón da Costa cheese from Galicia, made with pasteurised cow’s milk and protected by D.O.P. status. This distinctive Spanish cheese is gently smoked over birch wood, giving it its characteristic smoky aroma and subtle nutty finish before being matured for a further 1 to 2 months.

Inside, the cheese has a semi-firm texture with a smooth, creamy paste that slices easily and melts beautifully. Its delicate smoky flavour makes it perfect for cheese boards, salads and sandwiches, or melted into pasta dishes, grilled recipes and toasted breads.
