Traditional artisan cooking chorizo made with no added preservatives or artificial colourings. Prepared using a minimum of 80% lean pork and only 20% fat, it is seasoned with fresh garlic, oregano and authentic Pimentón de La Vera paprika for a rich, smoky flavour.

This succulent Spanish chorizo is ideal for cooking – simply slice and pan fry, chop into casseroles, soups and stews, or cook on the barbecue for a deliciously spicy finish.
