Authentic Mahón cheese from Menorca, produced with pasteurised cow’s milk and matured for a minimum of 3 months. During ageing, the rind is regularly coated with a mixture of olive oil and paprika, creating its distinctive orange colour and helping to develop its characteristic flavour.

This D.O.P. Spanish cheese has a light, pleasant aroma with a mild buttery taste and a gentle salty finish. The texture is firm yet smooth, making it ideal for slicing, serving on a cheeseboard or adding to salads and tapas dishes. Each cheese carries the official ‘Queso Mahón D.O.P.’ seal to guarantee its authenticity and origin.
