Cinco Jotas has upheld the traditions of Jabugo ham-making for nearly 140 years, preserving the quality and authenticity of 100% Ibérico pork.

Made from purebred Iberian pigs and cured for a minimum of 36 months in Jabugo, this acorn-fed ham develops an intense nutty flavour, delicate aroma and succulent texture. Each 70 g pack is expertly hand-carved and vacuum packed to preserve its freshness and character.
