Nduja is the undisputed queen of the salumi produced in southern Italy, and more precisely in Calabria. It is a product with humble origins but that for some years has been on everyone's lips for its unique taste, exquisitely spicy and, after a first taste, simply delightful.
Nduja is made with pork, some fat, and a lot of hot pepper. And it is precise because of the abundant chilli that nduja is very spicy. It is no coincidence that someone might prefer a "light" version.
Storage: keep refrigerated between 0-5ºC. Consume within 4 days of opening.
