Enjoy the authentic flavour of Spain with this Reserva Duroc Serrano Ham Leg, 15 Months, produced in Lugo, Galicia, using high-quality Duroc breed pigs fed on a diet based on dry food and cereals. Cured for at least 15 months, this Reserva Serrano ham offers excellent quality, a balanced level of salt, a pleasant texture and a carefully developed flavour. Its traditional curing process makes it ideal for slicing thinly and serving as part of tapas, sharing boards or special meals. For the best experience, serve at room temperature. Store between 5ºC and 22ºC, and if not consumed straight away, keep it hanging in a cool, dry environment. After opening, cover the exposed meat with its own fat to help protect it from the air.
