Our Semi Cured Manchego Cheese is made with free range Manchego sheep milk from Manchega (a breed of sheep). It is matured for a minimum period of 6 months, when is about halfway to being completely solid. It tastes mild, not over-powering, with a nutty piquancy and a smooth, creamy texture in the mouth. It works very well for melting, salads or just own its own.

Squid and cuttlefish ink is a natural food colouring and flavouring widely used in Mediterranean cuisine when cooking ‘Arroz Negro’, 'chipirones en su tinta’, pasta and risottos. Our Squid Cuttlefish Ink has a delicate and salty flavour. Depending on the dish, use approximately 1g of squid ink per 100g of other ingredients.
