A sweet smoked Paprika produced exclusively in the La Vera valley. This pimenton is the smoked type from Extremadura. Characterised by a deep smoky aroma and flavour, just a small amount is enough to condiment a wide variety of dishes. We recommend this smokey pimenton mainly for sprinkling rather than incorporating in cooking where the smokey flavour can permeate the dish too much.
