This is the catering size of the popular paellero mix. This paellero seasoning mix gives the authentic flavour when preparing paellas, thanks to garlic, paprika, clove and food colouring blend. Only a very small amount of the Paellero Seasoning Mix is needed, usually a teaspoon is enough for a 4 serving recipe. Just add it to the stock before adding the rice.
