First Day Harvest, Arbequina - Castillo de Canena EVOO, 500ml - 

Our First Day Harvest, Arbequina Castillo de Canena EVOO is a gourmet extra virgin olive oil and this is a limited edition which is because it is collected within the first 24 hours of harvest. It has herbal and plant tones and stands out with its bright green oil which leaves a fantastic aroma.

Extra virgin olive oil with a  bright, light green colour with golden sparkles and a complex and intense profile. Very fresh olive fruitiness, highlighting in the first place the green grass and barely cut hay, green fruits and wild flowers. On the palate, its entry is rapid in perceptions that confirm the previous notes, predominantly fresh grass, green almonds and fruit salad (green apple, banana and pear).

Its bitter and spicy are mild and balanced. It is a very fresh juice with an aniseed aftertaste. Elegant, well structured and persistent.

Storage: 

Keep in a cool dry place, we recommend storing it in a larder. 

Usage:

First Day Harvest, Arbequina Castillo de Canena EVOO is great as an accompaniment with white fish, mayonnaise, can be substituted for butter in baking/ desserts. It will also add a gourmet twist to your salads.
