Made following the traditional recipe, the creamy bechamel is packed with ham, formed into shape and tossed in breadcrumbs, frozen and ready to fry. Enjoy them as a tapa with a cold drink. Do not previously thaw, fry in hot oil (180ºC) until golden brown and leave to rest for 2 minutes.
