Our Frozen Abanico Iberico is a great tasting type of pork! It is a low-fat cut of meat that is pink in colour, it has a firm texture and has pleasant characteristics. It is located on the pig's ribs from the outside.

 It diet adds wonderful flavour to the pork. And all that exercise fosters the marbling that makes Iberico so special. The acorn and herb flavored pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, and is more healthy than the fat from normal pork.

Storage:

To store the Frozen Abanico Iberico keep it in the freezer. If you are planning on consuming the meat defrost it thoroughly and then keep stored in the fridge until consumption.
