Originally from Catalunya, Fuet - thin salami stick can be a very special addition to any charcuterie board. Mild taste and firm texture, our fuet is cured for 30 days in special air-dryers in La Rioja. It develops a whitish fungal coating appearance. It has a consistent and compact texture and edible natural casing.

Chistorra Spanish Chorizo (±220g)
Chistorra is a thin chorizo style sausage, delicious and smoky, great for BBQ cooking or even stews. Due to its size, when cooked it give a crisp bite and rich meaty flavour. Originally from the Basque Country, it's often served fried with eggs or grilled bite sized as a tapa. Our chistorra is packed in a natural casing, flavored with fresh garlic, salt and smoked paprika, enriching the flavour of the meat, giving it a great taste in any dish.

Sobrasada Iberica - Artisan Made (250-300g)
Sobrasada Iberica is a spreadable soft chorizo made with selected black Iberian pork, flavoured with paprika from La Vera, salt and black pepper. It can be spread on toast or added to fried eggs, risottos or pastas. It can also be enjoyed with a drizzle of honey on toast.

Paella Seasoning mix "Carmencita" (20g)
Paellero is a paella seasoning mix which contains all the spices required to give an incredible taste to your paellas. The main ingredients are garlic, paprika, clove and saffron. Each Paellero Seasoning Mix with saffron sachet is sufficient for around 600 grams of rice, which is a normal portion to feed 6 people. Just add it to the stock before adding the rice.
