Cooked in its own juices using a steaming process, this octopus tentacle is tender, flavourful and ready to eat after heating. It is perfect for a wide range of dishes. Slice it thinly for tacos, grill it on the BBQ, serve it cold in salads, or prepare it the traditional Spanish way over boiled potatoes as pulpo a la Gallega. To prepare, heat the unopened bag in boiling water for 5 minutes using the bain-marie method. Alternatively, place the bag directly in the microwave without piercing and heat for 2 to 2.5 minutes at 800W. Once hot, open the bag, drain the juice, remove the octopus, slice and dress to taste.
